At OriginLife.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Warranty

Covered under Warranty:

• All components, including electronic parts, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  For Platinum Plated Machine the warranty is for 24 months.
  This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or failures that occur under normal usage conditions.

Not Covered under Warranty:

• Any component that is damaged due to customer mishandling or improper usage.
• Product failure caused by misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
• Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products cannot be returned after giving the order, unless, If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, we will accept exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.

Return Process:

• We will provide instructions on how to exchange the product. The return shipping cost may be borne by the company if the defect is from company side.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will not be given once order is placed and payment is made. Only exchange can be given on defective pieces.
